| 内容記述 | 本稿は、地域活動における他出者の役割、他出者と地域居住者の関係に注目するものである。八戸市南郷島守地区において、地域居住者と他出者を中心として組織された「すまもり中世の田んぼクラブ」（以下「田んぼクラブ」と略称）を事例として、他出者が出身地の地域活動にかかわるうえでの課題を中心に検討する。そのさい、山梨県早川町茂倉地区の祭り組織と「田んぼクラブ」とを比較する。 「田んぼクラブ」のばあい、組織じたいが比較的新しく、水稲栽培を中心とする活動であることから、特定の地域居住者に農作業の負担が集中し、地域居住者が不満をもちやすいという課題がある。課題の解決には、より多くの地域居住者や他出者を活動に巻き込むことが必要である。 |

| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on the out-migrants who participate in local community activities in their birthplace. Focusing on the “Rice Field Club in Sumamori,” this paper investigates its organizational structure, establishment process and relation between local residents and out-migrants, as well as the club’s problem. The first problem of the club is that it has a short history and the second one is that its main activity is paddy rice cultivation. Therefore, burdens of farm works are concentrated on several local residents, who tend to have frustration with the activity. To solve the problem, involvement of more local resident and out-migrants to the activity is necessity. |
