| 内容記述 | 地域住民や高校生、看護学生のVR認知症体験の効果を明らかにすることを目的にアンケート調査を行った。その結果、認知症理解に関する15項目の平均点は、VR認知症体験前後で体験後が有意に高く、性別、職業全てにおいても体験前後で体験後の平均点が有意に高かった。また、認知症理解に影響している要因として「性別」「認知症の人とのかかわりの経験」「認知症関連の勉強会への参加」が明らかとなった。自由記述から導出されたカテゴリーから、認知症への共感的理解が深まり、「わかったつもり」であったことへの気づきなど、今後のケアの質の向上につながる内容が導出された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | A survey was conducted among local residents, high school students, and nursing students to ascertain the effectiveness of experiencing dementia in VR. Results indicated that the mean scores on 15 items related to the understanding of dementia were significantly higher before and after experiencing dementia in VR, and the mean scores after the experience were significantly higher than those before for both sexes and all occupations. In addition, results revealed that gender, experience dealing with people with dementia, and participation in workshops related to dementia were factors influencing the understanding of dementia. Based on the categories derived from open-ended responses, results identified aspects that will lead to improved quality of care in the future, such as a deeper empathetic understanding of dementia and an awareness of things that the participants thought they understood. | |||||||
