| 内容記述 | 奈良[2021]で構築した枠組みに新たな仮定、すなわち、社会資本ストックの蓄積が土地生産性のみならず、労働生産性をも高めるようなメカニズムを導入することにより、拡張し、そのもと、社会資本建設の財源たる所得税の増税が、総消費の社会資本ストックに対する比率等の主要な変数、また、土地の有効利用度や経済成長率に及ぼす影響を分析した。 分析の結果、定常状態における経済成長率は人口成長率を上回るものの、税率によらず一定の値であるため、総消費の社会資本ストック比率、土地の有効利用度ともに、増税により低下することがわかった。さらに、本論においても奈良[2021]と同様、定常的成長均衡に至る解経路が無数に存在し、一意に定まらない「不決定性」が生じることも判明した。 |

| 内容記述 | We first extend Nara[2021]model by introducing a new assumption that accumulation of social capital enhances labor productivity as well as land productivity,then we analyze the impact of raising income tax rate,as a resource of constructing public capital, on such main variables in the model as the ratio of personal consumption expenditures to the stock of public capital ,on the ratio of land put on effective use to the overall land and the rate of economic growth. The results of analyses are as follows.Both the personal consumption expenditures to the stock of public capital and the ratio of land on effective use decrease ,because higher income tax rate does not change the rate of economic growth on the steady state,while the economic growth rate surpasses the population growth rate.In addition, 'Indeterminacy' arises as Nara[2021], where there are innumerable paths which lead to steady state,so the equilibrium path is not uniquely determined. |
