| 内容記述 | 土地の存在を考慮したBlanchard[1985]型の重複世代モデルに、Dixit-Stiglitz[1977]型の独占的競争に基づく多様性選好を融合させることによって新たなモデルを構築し、社会資本建設の財源たる所得税の増税が土地の有効利用度や社会的厚生に及ぼす影響を分析した。 分析の結果、増税により、定常的成長均衡における1人当たり社会資本、財の種類数の対人口比が増大する一方、1人当たり消費支出が減少することがわかった。また、土地の有効利用度は低下し、地価が下落するとともに、長期的視点で見た社会的厚生については、所得税率がある閾値に達するまで増大し、閾値を超えると減少することがわかった。 しかるに、均斉成長に至る解経路が無数に存在する不決定性が生じることが判明した。 |

| 内容記述 | We first construct a new type of economic model concerning the existence of land explicitly by incorpolating Dixit-Stiglitz[1977]-type model,based on an idea of preference for variety under monopolistic competition,into Blanchard[1985]-type overlapping generations model, then we analyze the impact of income tax hike,as a resource of constructing public capital, on the ratio of land put on effective use to the overall land and social welfare. The results of analyses are as follows.By tax hike,both public capital and the varieties of goods per capita in steady state increases,while decreasing consumption expenditure per capita. Then both the ratio of land on effective use and land price fall,while social welfare in the long-run increases until the rate of income tax reaches a threshold value.But there arises so-called equilibrium indeterminacy. | |||||||
