| 内容記述 | 本報告では、フィリピンのケアギバーに対してアンケート調査を行い、日本での介護労働者として就労する際に抱える課題並びに外国人介護職員が地方で働くための課題について検討した。結果、日本語能力向上ための支援や、日本で介護従事者として働きたい者への働く際のプロセスの明示とそのプログラムづくり、キャリア形成ができる人財育成の取り組みの必要性が示唆された。さらに、日本で介護従事者として働く、高い意欲と熱意に応えるため、入国前においても日本語の座学的な教育にとどまらない、日本で生活するための日常的な知識や日本の介護の現状を伝え、相互に理解深めて良好な関係を築いていくことも必要であろう。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | A questionnaire survey targeted at caregivers was conducted in the Philippines, and the author discussed issues for foreign caregivers to work as nursing workers in Japan as well as issues for them to work in suburban areas. The results indicate that it is necessary to support the improvement of their Japanese proficiency, clarify the process of working as care workers in Japan, develop programs to prepare for the process, and develop human resources capable of forming careers. Furthermore, in order to respond to their strong willingness and passion to work as care workers in Japan, it is necessary to equip them with knowledge on daily living in Japan in addition to armchair theories of the Japanese language, tell them the current situation of nursing care in Japan before they enter Japan, and establish good relationships based on deep mutual understanding. | |||||||||
