The results indicate that it is necessary to support the improvement of their Japanese proficiency, clarify the process of working as care workers in Japan, develop programs to prepare for the process, and develop human resources capable of forming careers. Furthermore, in order to respond to their strong willingness and passion to work as care workers in Japan, it is necessary to equip them with knowledge on daily living in Japan in addition to armchair theories of the Japanese language, tell them the current situation of nursing care in Japan before they enter Japan, and establish good relationships based on deep mutual understanding.
