| 内容記述 | 災害福祉支援チーム（DWAT）員養成及びスキルアップ、災害福祉コーディネーターの養成に資することを目的に、令和6年能登半島地震における青森県災害福祉支援チームの活動内容を振り返る。報告内容として、発災から数週間後の七尾市と発災後3か月が経過した志賀町での活動内容について、厚労省が示している「災害時の福祉支援体制の整備に向けたガイドライン」にて示されている10の役割に沿って派遣されたチーム員より調査票により、実践内容を5段階評価及び自由記述において徴収し、また、それぞれの活動記録、志賀町での筆者の活動記録をまとめている。 現時点での青森県DWATの結果としては、10の役割を全うするためには総合的な福祉的知見を有するチーム員の養成が必要であることが明らかとなった。 |

| 内容記述 | With the aim of contributing to the training and skill improvement of Disaster Welfare Support Team (DWAT) members and the training of disaster welfare coordinators, we will review the activities of the Aomori Prefecture Disaster Welfare Support Team in the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in Reiwa 6. As for the content of the report, regarding the activities in Nanao City, a few weeks after the disaster, and Shiga Town, three months after the disaster, the contents of the activities were collected from team members dispatched in accordance with the 10 roles indicated in the "Guidelines for the Establishment of a Welfare Support System in the Event of a Disaster" presented by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. This is a summary of the author's activity record in Shiga Town. As a result of the Aomori DWAT at this time, it became clear that it is necessary to train team members with comprehensive welfare knowledge in order to fulfill the 10 roles. |
