| 内容記述 | 南部町にて3地区で行われている転倒・寝たきり予防教室のうち南部地区、福地地区における運動教室参加者を対象とし、週に1 度の運動教室の効果を検証することを目的とした。運動教室ではエアロビクス運動、ストレッチ運動、ウォーキング、筋力トレーニングが 1 週間に 1 回 90 分、3 ヶ月間（全 12 回）行われ、運動教室前後で体重、体脂肪率、BMI、筋肉量、骨密度（%若年成人平均値）の測定を行った。その結果、南部地区においては女性のBMIが増加し、骨密度が低下する結果となった。福地地区においてはBMIと骨密度が増加する結果となった。筋肉量はいずれの地区も運動教室前後で変化はなかった為、転倒・寝たきり予防教室の効果が現れたと考えられる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This report was to verify the effect of fall and bedridden prevention classroom once a week at the Nanbu district and Fukuchi of the Nanbu town. Subjects were carried out aerobics, stretching, walking and strength training in exercise class for ninety minutes once a week. We measured body weight, %body fat, BMI, muscle mass and bone mineral density (% of young adult mean; %YAM) before and after the exercise class. As a result, BMI was increased and %YAM was decreased after the exercise class at Nanbu district. BMI and %YAM were increased after the exercise class at Fukuchi district. It was considered to be effect of the exercise class for the muscle mass was not changed before and after the exercise class. | |||||||||
