| 内容記述 | 在宅看護実習は臨床での実習とは異なり、人々の生活の場での活動であり、活動内容も多岐にわたる。しかし、COVID-19の影響を受け、学内実習が余儀なくされ、在宅療養生活をイメージしながら、紙面上での体験となった。学内実習の実践内容を報告し、今後の在宅看護教育における実習のあり方の検討資料とすることを目的とした。分析は研究に同意が得られた看護学科4年生59名の「在宅看護学内実習まとめレポート」を対象とした。分析の結果、327の「学び」129の「意見」の456コードが抽出され【在宅看護の特徴と看護の実際】【地域連携・地域包括ケアシステムの理解】【訪問看護師の役割・姿勢】【実習指導に関する意見】【学生の自己成長に関する気づき】の5つコアカテゴリーが形成された。学内実習において、学生は自己の課題・目標について考えを深めていた。また、今後の在宅看護教育における実習の課題が明らかにされた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The home nursing training is an activity in people's diverse lives, but we were forced to practice on-campus, paper-based training under the influence of COVID-19. The purpose was to report the contents of training and to use it as a material for examining the future of home nursing education. The analysis targeted the reports of 59 fourth-year students. As a result, 456 codes were extracted, and five core categories were formed: characteristics of home nursing, understandings of community care system, roles and attitudes of nurses, opinions on practical training, and awareness of student self-growth. In the training, students deepened their thoughts on their own goals, and the issues of future home nursing education were clarified. | |||||||||||
