| 内容記述 | 本研究は，精神障害者の地域生活支援におけるクライシス・プラン実践の実態を明らかにすることを目的に，精神科病院，相談支援事業所，保健所のソーシャルワーカーを対象に実態調査を実施した．その結果，クライシス・プランは専門職個人の判断から支援に用いられており，未だに一般精神保健医療福祉の現場に普及していない現状が明らかとなった．そうした中で，クライシス・プランはリスクマネジメントに偏って作成されている状況にあった．そして，クライシス・プランは日常的に当事者自らのセルフモニタリングや支援者のモニタリングで活用されていた．一方で，病状悪化時には事前の合意をもとにした権利擁護のために活用されていない可能性があることを指摘した． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the present state of crisis plan practice in the community life support of the people with psychiatric disabilities, and surveyed social workers working in mental health welfare. As a result, crisis plans were developed for the support from the recognition of the professional individual, and the present state which has not yet spread to the field of mental health welfare was clarified. The crisis plan was prepared with an emphasis on risk management. There were using on daily basis for self-monitoring by the parties themselves and monitoring of professionals. The other hand, there is a possibility that it is not used for the advocacy based on advance agreement in the utilization on the symptoms state deterioration. |
