| 内容記述 | 【背景】 看護学は養護教諭の専門性育成に関わる重要な科目であるが,養護教諭を目指す学生が看護学に興味を持っているのか疑問を感じていた。興味は学習に影響を及ぼす要因の一つであり,学生の看護学に対する興味の状況を知ることで,教育活動の改善につながることが期待できる。 【目的】 本研究では,養護教諭養成課程学生の看護学臨床実習前後の看護学に関する興味の状況を明らかにして教育活動の示唆を得ることを目的とした。 【方法】 大学養護教諭養成課程3年生14名を対象に,看護学臨床実習前後に質問紙調査を実施した。履修した看護学に対する興味の程度を4段階法で,また,看護学のシラバスをもとに作成した「科目の内容」で興味がある項目を問い,実習前後で比較した。興味がある「科目の内容」の理由を自由記述で求め,興味の深さを捉える枠組みを用いて,【時間的持続】【内容本質性】【価値随伴性】に,一時的興味に該当する理由は,【一時的・表面的・価値不随意的】と命名して分類し,実習前後で比較した。データ処理はすべて単純集計とした。 【結果】 調査対象者全員が看護学臨床実習前から看護学に興味があり,実習後に増加していた。「科目の内容」への興味では,興味ありが実習前後とも回答者の60%以上の項目,興味ありが実習後に増えた項目,興味ありが実習前後ともに30%未満の項目があった。興味の深さは,科目全体では,【価値随伴性】【内容本質性】の占める割合が実習前後とも90%以上で,実習前は【価値随伴性】の割合が【内容本質性】を上回る傾向が,実習後は【内容本質性】の増加あるいは,【内容本質性】が【価値随伴性】を上回る傾向がみられた。【時間的持続】は0%,【一時的・表面的・価値不随意的】は0~14.5%であった。 【結論】 養護教諭養成課程学生の看護学に対する興味の状況を調査した結果,全員が実習前から興味を持っており,実習後に増加していた。興味の理由を興味の深さを捉える3つの枠組みで分類した結果,特に,「内容本質性」を高める教育の検討の必要性が示唆された。 キーワード:興味,看護学, 養護教諭養成課程学生 |

| 内容記述 | [Background] Nursing is an important subject related to the professional development of school nurses, but there has been some uncertainty about whether students aspiring to become school nurses are interested in nursing. Interest is one factor that influences learning, and understanding students' interest in nursing may lead to improvements in educational activities. [Purpose] This study aimed to clarify the state of interest in nursing among school nurse training students before and after their nursing clinical practicum and to obtain insights for educational activities. [Method] A questionnaire survey was conducted on 14 third-year students in a university school nurse training program before and after their nursing clinical practicum. They were asked to rate their level of interest in the nursing course they had taken using a four-point scale, and to select items of interest in a "subject content" created based on the nursing syllabus. Results were compared before and after the practicum. Participants were asked to write freely about the reasons for their interest in the "subject content." Using a framework for capturing the depth of interest, they were categorized into "temporal duration," "essential content," and "value-contingent," while reasons for temporary interest were categorized into "temporary, superficial, and value-independent." The results were compared before and after the internship. All data processing was simple aggregation. [Results] All survey participants were interested in nursing before the nursing clinical internship, and their interest increased after the internship.In terms of interest in the "subject content," there were items that interested more than 60% of respondents both before and after the internship, items that increased their interest after the internship, and items that interested less than 30% of respondents both before and after the internship.In terms of depth of interest, across all subjects, the proportions of "value-related" and "content essentiality" accounted for over 90% both before and after the internship. Before the internship, the proportion of "value-related" tended to exceed that of "content essentiality." After the internship, there was a tendency for "content essentiality" to increase or for "content essentiality" to exceed that of "value-related." "Temporary sustained interest" was 0%, and "temporary, superficial, and value-independent" was 0-14.5%. [Conclusions] A survey of the interest of school nurse training students in nursing revealed that all students were interested before the internship and that interest increased after the internship. Categorizing the reasons for interest into three frameworks for capturing the depth of interest suggested the need for education to enhance "content essentiality," in particular.
