| 内容記述 | 本稿は、教職および教育行政に関わる実践経験を省察的に再構成し、それを理論的枠組みによって媒介することを通じて、制度と実践との相互構成的関係を明らかにすることを目的とする。近年の働き方改革や評価制度改革をめぐる議論は政策設計の水準と学校現場の実践の水準とが分断されたまま展開される傾向にある。本稿はこの分断を乗り越える視座として、制度と実践の相互作用に着目する。教職および教育行政における実践的知見を理論的に再構成した結果、制度的再編は専門性の再定義を促す一方で、その内実を変容させる動態を内包していることが確認された。以上より、制度改革を制度と実践の相互構成的関係として再定位する理論的枠組みを提示する。その際、学校現場における具体的意思決定や運営過程に着目し、制度と実践の往還的関係を分析枠組みとして提示した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper aims to clarify the mutually constitutive relationship between institutional frameworks and educational practice by reflectively reconstructing practical experiences related to the teaching profession and educational administration and mediating them through a theoretical framework.Recent discussions surrounding work-style reform and evaluation system reform in education tend to develop while remaining divided between the level of policy design and the level of practice in schools. This paper focuses on the interaction between institutions and practice as a perspective for overcoming this divide.Through the theoretical reconstruction of practical knowledge accumulated in the fields of teaching and educational administration, it was confirmed that institutional reorganization not only prompts a redefinition of professional expertise but also contains a dynamic process that transforms its substantive content.Based on these findings, this study proposes a theoretical framework that repositions institutional reform as a mutually constitutive relationship between institutions and practice. In doing so, particular attention is paid to concrete decision-making and management processes in schools, presenting the reciprocal relationship between institutions and practice as an analytical framework. | |||||||||
