 note = {2009(平成21）年4月から教員免許更新制が導入されて今年で5年目を迎えた。八戸学院大学は八戸学院短期大学と協力し、初年度から免許状更新講習を実施したが、その概要をまとめてみた。必修領域の講習は、6～7人程度の教員が4項目の内容を分担して担当している。受講者数の推移は、初年度の平成21年度は受講対象教員への周知が十分でなかったこともあり、夏季・冬季合わせて160人に留まったが、その後、220人、246人、243人となり、青森県南地域の受講対象教員をカバーしていると考えている。選択領域の講習は、学部・学科の特徴や教員の専門性と受講者のニーズを勘案して開講している。毎年9講座程開講し、受講者数は夏季・冬季合わせて述べ700人である。, Teaching license renewal system starts from April 2009, celebrated its fifth year.Hachinohe Gakuin University in cooperation with the Academy of Hachinohe Gakuinn Junior College, we have carried out license renewal courses from the first year,I tried to summarize the summary.
