Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam are the members of the LMC and cooperate for the Mekong’s water resources. The cooperation is led by China, and it approaches the resources for electricity. The notion of powershed is a level on the scale of waterscape which analyses water resource development and shows the space formed by the development.
