  ここでは双葉町からの避難者が組織する広域自治会のうち、埼玉県に居住する人びとを中心に組織された双葉町埼玉自治会を主たる対象とする。双葉町埼玉自治会の活動および避難先住民との交流に焦点をあてながら、双葉町からの原発避難者が避難先でいかに避難先の地域住民と交流し、根を下ろしつつあるかについて明らかにするとともに、課題についても整理する。, This paper explores community activities which was organized by nuclear evacuees from Futaba town, Fukushima in a wide area of evacuation. Particularly, this study focuses on the with evacuees’ community activities in Saitama. Based on interviews with evacuees and host community’s leaders, this study examines the following questions: (1) how do the evacuees interact with people of the host community; (2) how have the evacuees “settled in” the host community, and (3) what are the problems encountered in the process.},
